- Manual document reviewOur team reviews the documents and may request additional evidence. Review usually takes 3–5 business days after complete documents are submitted; clarification may extend the timeline.
- Receive NDAA PASSAfter approval, receive your electronic certificate (PDF). Printed certificates are available on request for an additional fee.

- Golden Sample checkAfter document approval, send a sample as instructed. Allow about 7 business days after receipt.
- Receive NDAA PASSReceive your PDF certificate. Stickers and printed certificates cost extra.

| Declarations and agreement | Confirm HBOM Manufacturer Disclosure, Product Origin & Software / System Disclosure, Accuracy & Authorization, and the Product Terms & Privacy Agreement. |
| CoO / CoC — required | Combine CoO and/or CoC documents into one PDF, up to 20 MB. |
| P/O or Invoice — optional | Upload one PDF, up to 10 MB. If you have multiple purchase orders or invoices, combine them into a single file. |
FAQ
Which verification should I apply for?
Choose “NDAA PASS for Suppliers” for your company, or “NDAA PASS for Products” for a specific product or model. Each is reviewed separately.
Is there an application fee?
Application fees are waived for applications submitted during 2026, based on the submission date in GMT+8. NDAA PASS stickers and printed certificates are available for an additional fee.
How long does the review take?
For products, Golden Sample inspection typically takes 7 business days after receipt. Samples are requested after the document review passes; document review, shipping and clarification time are additional.
How long is the verification valid?
Verification is valid for one year from the approval date and applies only to the approved scope. Notify NDAA.com of material changes affecting that scope.
What do I receive after approval?
After approval, receive an electronic certificate (PDF) for the approved scope. NDAA PASS stickers and printed certificates are available on request for an additional fee.
What if more information is needed?

Does supplier approval cover every product?
No. “NDAA PASS for Suppliers” covers the company review. Each product requires its own “NDAA PASS for Products”.
Verification is based primarily on applicant-submitted information and documents. Results apply to the scope reviewed and do not guarantee the absence of undisclosed changes, substitutions, or misrepresentations.
